Virginia Morels - April 5, 2009 - I found these under a group of tulip poplars and a small holly. I have been out for 2 hours that morning with no luck. Later in the day I took the family to a park in Vienna VA to get some portraits done and stumbled upon them. Lucky me!

Morels picked in Quantico VA on 21 and 22 April 2008 — Tim

These were found in Frederick Co. April 20, 2008 by Chris and Todd. So far its been a great year for mushrooms.

Found these today west of Winchester Virginia, 121 total some 3″ plus. All were found in an hour and a half, and there were many more. So many we coudn’t pick them all. Found them under mature poplars, unbelievable day!

These were found April 13, 2008 in Frederick Co. Va. by Chris, Todd & Jamie. We found over 500, these were just some of them.
