These mushrooms were found near a little town called Lena, Indiana on the Parke/Clay County Line. The day was the first day of the Mansfield Mushroom Fest. April 28th 2007. That’s my 2 year-old nephew, Stuart, in the photo.

Conditions were just right! St. Louis County MO April 1, 2007.

These were found April 1, 2007. In southern ohio sorry - I had no newspaper with a date so hopefully my phonebook will do!!

Out today at my fav spot about 30 mi south of louisville. Found 24 greys mostly med and small. maypops are up and running, next week or so should be good if much needed rain happens.
