Iowa Morels - April 28, 2009 - Went home for lunch around 1pm and found these 10 in the woods behind my house. Looks like the season has just begun here. These tasty morels were found south of the I-80 bridge over the Des Moines river. - Lee

    They are out! Found some big greys and some fairly large yellows. This is near Iowa City. Found a total of 43 in about an hour today.
