   Are morels still in season to find anywhere in Iowa, Wisconsin, Minnesota yet today, 5-19-10?? I have been gone 6-1/2 months traveling. I live in Mpls. What about Memorial week-end, 2 hundreds miles up-north by Grand Rapids’ deer River area??? Molly

   We are gathering Morels Mushrooms for scientific study, please measure using only centimeters and send all morels to Practically Science 865 Myfreezer Ave, Shroomville PA 23241.

   would love to know where in dunn co you can find morels. mostly sand at our woods-pine trees. would love to find some.

   Ive been searching for wild mushrooms for about 5 years now. I never pick them or eat them, just photograph them. But, when I finally found the Morel’s I had to pick them.
   Today I fried some of them and ate them and WOW are they ever good! The rest of them were sliced in half and placed in a plastic sandwich bags unwashed in a single layer. Then i put them in a plastic container, sealed it and put them in the freezer. I’m hooked!!
