Yes. Thanks. I thought it was those. They are known to cause sudden death, but not consistantly. "NOT EDIBLE" in my world. Fun find though.

Checked a few trees this morning,nothing but dry ground ! We are suppose to get a good soaking today in Dane County . I will be hitting it hard on Wednesday . Good luck to all ,and happy hunting !

Went for a short walk today , 12 gray morels between 1" and 4" inches , and some nice young golden oysters . First find so far this year . I seem to find the grays come first then within 7 days the yellows start poppin . We need rain ,if it happens soon , should have some big blonds . Time to put your game face on and do some walking . P.S. left my phone on my bike so no pics . Any one been seeing red foxes ? Meaning more than normal , plus I've seen 3 dead racoons in the same 60 acres in the last 3 weeks. I was thinking rabies ?
