I soaked some of these dehydrated Morels in some good drinking water, they soften up in Only bout 8 minutes, View attachment 47173
Then I pour that water into my coffee cup View attachment 47174
Next I add a little more water and get it hot in the microwave, then pour that water in on my scoops of coffee and let it steep, View attachment 47175
while it steeps, im warming those Morels in a skillet with butter for bout 4 minutes View attachment 47176
Now I'm pouring in 4 eggs, will put lid on skillet to help cook eggs quickly about 5 minutes View attachment 47178
When the eggs are done I take it all right onto a plate, and My coffee is done so I pour it in cup View attachment 47180
The eggs with Morels Tastes so Delicious.
I usually eat really fast..but I slowed it down cause the more I chew these Morels..Man...
the more and more and more stronger their Flavor is,
all gone now it was so so Goood..

Additionally, anyone ever tried vacuum-sealing and freezing fresh morels? Would this work better than drying and then rehydrating them?
