Well it's been 16 days now of amazing finds, I can only hope there will be some left next week, as I am headed up to the north shore tomorrow. Even today, I found fresh ones just poking out of the underbrush. what worries me is the low humidity and lack of rain, it is definitely drying out out there. Some highlights have been my daughter, 7, finding a bunch on a trail where I found stumps nearby in a heavily used campground. And spotting about a dozen monster morels, all 7-11 inches tall, from my vehicle, about 40 ft off the road, in a ditch on state land. And the one small elm with around 100 big ones. No one finds everything, a pic from yesterday, maybe 100 feet from a camping area where alot of morel hunters have been staying recently on a heavily walked trail
