Price as of 4.25.13 is <strong>$21.00 a pound</strong>. Oklahoma and Southern KS overabundence supply. Give it a few days to work all these thru the system and combined with the cold weather and I expect to see firmer prices by the first of the week. The $21/lb is still pretty respectable.

Please remember not to wash/rinse/soak/cut your shrooms. Pick above the ground and keep in a brown paper bag in the fridge. Wet, damaged, and oversize shrooms are half price.
