i went out friday didn't find any just wondering if anyone has found any this year south of Omaha yet. if i remember wright i didn't start finding them tell the first of may last year, but its all up to the weather too this rain helps. good luck everyone.

Kudos to anyone finding them in the Nebraska City area; I've looked in river bottoms, south-facing hills and marshland and I can't find a thing. Drove down to Topeka area yesterday and still nothing. I'm convinced I have bad luck, unless they really aren't here yet, but there have been reports...?

I found a bunch today in several different spots all left to grow most pinkey size to 2 inch at most

found some at Dodge Park Thur evening, Saturday down at the NBcity pwstation, and sunday at riverside park CB
all places not more then 15 morels, but am finding them with out sriking out in these locations their there but need more time for the bigger blooms...

With morels every year is a weird year. Who knows why they're in some places and not others. Some people have found them down around Nebraska City.
