Looks like amanita virosa, beautiful and deadly, and as far as i know its illegal to hunt for mushrooms in FL because of all the dung lovers

 

 

Looks more like a shaggy parasol than anamita virosa. Drop some KOH on it and see if it turns yellow. If it turns yellow, Chant Nut is right.

Shaggy parasols turn orange when cut.

 

Chlorophyllum molybdites, although you never said anything about where it's growing, I'll bet it's in a lawn It will also have green spores. .

I'm not an expert in these matters but from the pictures you posted it looks like a "Chlorophyllum molybdite." They are poisonous.☠ We live in Tampa and have seen these around our yard from time to time. My dog almost took a bite out of one. 😲😳

 

Definitely not Amanita Virosa. This species doesn't not grow in the USA. One similar to vkrosa it is now called A. bisporigera.
They have smooth caps, not like the mushroom pictured. The gills are too crowded an Amanita. I'd lean to wards a parasol,but would take a spore print first of all.

 

The boletes pictures do not look like bicolor to me. No redish coloration on the lower 2/3 of stipe (stem). See the bicolor pictures at https://ultimate-mushroom.com/edible/48-boletus-bicolor.html.
Also read carefully the rest of the description on all aspects of bicolor here and elsewhere on good ID sites.

 

I dont believe its illegal here in Florida from what i read. Just have to watch where you go like private property and such

I read a post somewhere many years ago that some have occasionally been found in a ravine or valley type of landscape in the FL peninsula. I think they referred to it as the ravines. That was at least 20 years ago.
