I've been looking in Mason Co. No luck yet

Has been a slow start to the season. We only found 19 last Friday and nothing before in our previous two trips. Today we found close to 150 and didn't have enough time to hunt all of our main spots. Most of what we found was in the 2" or smaller range but in one spot we found 8 that stood over 4" tall. By the signs we think they may be up until at least next weekend.

Spent 2 hrs in Putnam county. Woods full of poplar, nothing!

We are going back out this evening and will let you know how we do. With the signs we saw on Friday we believe they will be up for another week at the least. We are hunting near the Putnam, Mason, Cabell borders.
