It\'s Monday April 21st ... had light rain Sunday night... temp\'s last week good, temp\'s this week good... rain coming Wed & Thur....?... looks like Friday would be good day to go around Omaha area huh ? Went out yesterday nothin by Plattsmouth or in my omaha spots. But that was be the rain

Checked really quick along the Platte around Gretna and didn't see any. Not a lot of good trees in that spot though. I'm convinced they are out there.

They are coming your way guys. I am 120 miles south of Omaha. Picked my first around here late last week. We all hope for rain. Hope they flush up there like the last couple years.

Did some sleuthing today in both the woods and along the riverbeds just outside of Nebraska City but to no avail. Soon, I hope, but the ground is still hella dry...
