Hey, folks! I'm a Texas chef who teaches foraging classes and have been active in the Oklahoma and Texas forums here for several years. My restaurant is doing a tribute to recently-deceased Paul Bocuse (who had a rabid love for morels) in mid March and our normal sources for commercially-harvested morels won't become prolific until April...and unless there's a miracle, I won't be able to forage enough in North Texas and central OK the first week of March.

If anyone has a horde of dried morels they're willing to sell, please contact me!
