Forays around Johnson/Linn county area

When I lived in Oregon, I joined a mycological society and went on forays with them. Perhaps in contrast to all the lone wolfs that seem to be on this forum, I've always found it more fun to hunt mushrooms with other people. I'm wondering if there is anyone in the Johnson/Linn county area that would like to go hunting together. Perhaps there is already a group that I'm unaware of (closest I found online is in Clinton). If so, please let me know. If not, maybe we could use this forum to organize a list of interested parties.

If we're going to make this season, we'll have to act fast!
