Well it turns out while I was checking the oak trees there was a large hen of the woods growing and dying at the base of a sugar maple ten feet away .the same tree I found a dead one on last year gggggrrrrrrrrr.so far I have found three hens all on maples.what's up with that I thought they like oaks
