Can't seem to get the right combo of conditions here in Fairfax County. I've been spot checking my reliable places for about an hour each morning and nothing this last week. The last rain was during that cold snap, now that it warmed it's so dry. I will check again today. Our rain forecast is pretty minimal for the next 10 days 
. It's starting to look like it will be similar to last year where we had one big storm, then it got real cold, then warmed later with zero rain.
