" goog1 " Your picture didn't come through,photo bucket works best for this forum. Morels are only out in early spring,so unless you got dried ones from someone, - you didn't just eat a morel in your salad.
The sayin goes like this " All wild mushrooms are edible once" Going forward I would say get positive ID before eating. Taste testing is not good!
