Can anyone please tell me what is required to sell Morels in Northern Wyoming. My husband is a mushroom hunter and would like to try to sell them to local restaurants. Is there a permit required? Any other information you can impart? Thank you for your help.

teddy, just go ask the restaurant, I doubt anyone will care in Wyoming. My mom grew up in Casper, where do you guys live?

TB - A couple years ago the restaurants refused to buy unless the morel came from a wholesaler. Liability issues were stated as the reason.
