Can't wait. Anybody on here around Lagrange county? Still snowing, but been out scouting new land . Got 3 new woods this year just by asking owners to trade land rent for one pound per season.

I always like scouting with a topographical map and then satellite to see what can be seen. Put boots on the ground later and find the right trees with the good dirt.
