It was 100 degrees with @ 60% humidity in Shasta Lake so I went back up to Mt. Lassen area at 5500 and ran across a nice variety of shrooms. We got some nice size Morels, three Puffballs, 3 half-frees, three Kings and another Bolete all in the same area. When I got back home there were Fairy Ring mushrooms (Marasmius oreades) growing in my front yard! It's looking like an awesome stir fry to add to a good Rib Eye! Happy Shroomin'
